Clerk Interrupt
The system allows one employee to interrupt the sale of another employee, this can apply to any machine
within the network. The number of lines that can be stored per employee is set within the memory allocation
under the header LINES PER CHECK/INTERRUPT
•
Ensure the memory is allocated by using
S-MODE
option
MEMORY ALLOCATION
and set
CLERK
INTERRUPT
to
YES
•
Select
PGM-MODE
then
SYSTEM OPTION
then
GENERAL FUNCTION OPTIONS
•
Ensure
ALLOW CLERK INTERRUPT option 44
is set to
YES
. This allows users to layaway a sale
without finalising
•
If sharing across an IRC network ensure
ALLOW FLOATING CLERK option 45
is set to
YES
. This
allows users to operate a sale on more than one machine
•
If clerks are not being signed off when using clerk interrupt then ensure
ALLOW CLERK CHANGE
WITHOUT SIGN-OFF
option 45
is set to
YES
