Short time clock options

Appliances without automatic basket lift

−

an acoustic signal will be heard when the set time has

elapsed.

You can switch the buttons and acoustic signals on and off and change the duration of the acoustic

signals, see starting on page 45 in Chapter 5.9.3!

Appliances with automatic basket lift

−

the frying basket will be lifted out of the bowl and an acoustic

signal will be heard when the set time has elapsed. The automatic basket-lift can be switched off; see

page 39 in Chapter 5.4.

Function automatic-basket lift

(option)

The indicator light in the button “START/STOP”

light up if the automatic basket lift is switched on

(for switching the automatic basket lift off or on, see page 39 in Chapter 5.4).

The automatic basket lift waits to lower the lifting device if

−

the oil- or grease temperature is lower than 90

−

actual-temperature is more than 5

C lower than the setpoint-temperature or

−

if the actual-temperature is more than 20

C higher than the setpoint-temperature.

5.5.1

Select, change and display the short time clock

Press the desired button “1, 2, 3 or 4”.

The saved time is shown on the display.

The indicator light in the button goes on.

If the time for the current deep frying process is to be changed:

Within 3 seconds, press and hold the “Up”

or “Down”

button.

There will be a slower and then faster forward or reverse run. By pressing the button, the setting is re-

duced or increased by one step respectively.

Press the “START/STOP”

button.

The time runs backwards.

The indicator light in the button blinks.

Exception: switched on automatic basket lift: The control waits with the backwards count of the time

and lowering of the lift if the

−

actual-temperature is more than 5

C lower than the setpoint-temperature or

−

if the actual-temperature is more than 20

C higher than the setpoint-temperature or

−

after the setpoint-temperature has been reached the deep frying basket is automatically lowered

into the bowl by the lifting device and the time begins to count backwards.

After expiry of the time, an acoustic signal is output.

The setpoint temperature can be changed during the deep frying process.

Terminate the acoustic signal

−

press the button “1, 2, 3 or 4” with the blinking indicator light.

−

Wait 10 seconds until the acoustic signal is terminated automatically.

The blinking illuminated signal goes off and the indicator light goes on.

The previously set time is shown on the display.

Appliance with switched on automatic-basket lift: The basket is lifted out automatically.
