5.1
Switching the appliance on
Switch on the local electrical main switch.
The display will
−
briefly show the version number and the type number of the control.
−
Three points light up.
Press the “On-/Off”
button and hold it for three seconds.
The setpoint temperature is shown on the display.
To avoid a high temperature load of the cooking oil/grease during the heating-up process, the control
only switches to full heating capacity automatically after reaching a grease temperature of ap-
prox. 90
°
C.

Select, change and display temperatures
Factory set setpoint temperatures:
Button 1 = 110
°
C
Button 2 = 160
°
C
Button 3 = 170
°
C
Button 4 = 180
°
C
The factory setpoint temperatures can be changed; see page 44 in Chapter 5.9.1
5.2.1
Select and change setpoint temperatures
Press the “P”
button.
Then, within 3 seconds, press the button “1, 2, 3 or 4”.
Timer option: The display for “Time” will go off briefly.
If the setpoint temperature is to be changed:
Within 3 seconds, press and hold the “Up”
or “Down”
button.
There will be a slower and then faster forward or reverse run. By pressing the button, the setting is re-
duced or increased by one step respectively.
The setpoint temperature saved for this button will be shown in the display and will then be shown
again once the appliance has been switched on and back off with the “On/Off”
button.
The temperature change will no longer be present once
−
another temperature key is pressed or if the appliance
−
was switched off and back on with the local electrical main switch.
5.2.2
Display of the actual bowl temperature
If the appliance is switched on, press the “Temperature/Pump”
button.
The current actual bowl temperature is displayed for approx. 3 seconds.
