LEVEL (1 ~ 20 TENSION LEVEL; 1 LEVEL INCREMENT).
3. Press the

button to confirm the
LEVEL.
NOTE:
You can go back to re-set
the value of
TIME
by
pressing
CLEAR RESET
button.

During workout, the

Mode.
Cool Down is an important aspect of your workout
because it helps reduce muscle stiffness and soreness. In addition, Cool
Down allows your heart rate to return to normal, resting state.
During Cool Down Mode, the resistance will return to the lowest
resistance level.
Cool Down time is depending on the length of your workout.

ENTER SUMMARY MODE :
1. Enter Summary Mode: Two ways as shown below
When Cool Down’s
countdown reaches
zero, the Cool Down
period will end to
enter
SUMMARY
Mode.
Or press
CLEAR REST
button second time to enter
SUMMARY
Mode.

After enter
SUMMARY
Mode, the
LED will
display the scrolling message
“SUMMERY MODE
”. And then the console
will cycle through the final
result of the workout value –
TOTAL TIME
TOTAL DISTANCE
TOTAL CALORIES
AVG. RPM
AVG. PULSE
AVG. WATTS.
3. Press
CLEAR REST
button third time to leave the program and enter
POWER ON
status.
