GENERAL SAFETY: USER RECOMMENDATION: AVOID OVERINFLATING. NEVER EXCEED RECOMMENDED PRESSURE.
THE ITEM BEING INFLATED MAY BUST AND CAUSED SERIOUS INJURY.
This manual contains information that it is very important to know and understand. This information is provided for safety and prevents
equipment problems. Carefully read instructions and procedure for safe operation. Always use a gauge to check the actual pressure
in tires.
We recommend you maintaining the proper tire pressure at all time to: conserves fuel, improve gas mileage, improves handling,
prolongs life of tires, prevent tire blow outs by keeping your tires inflated to its proper pressure.
a) Do not over inflate items beyond their needs. Most car tires will inflate properly between 24 and 32 psi depending upon the tire. Some
truck and racing bicycle tires require pressure more than 40 psi. Other bicycle tires may require substantially lower pressures. Do not
exceed the pressure recommended by the manufacturer at any time. In any case, do not exceed maximum pressure of 80 PSI.
b) Keep hands off unit when running.
c) Do not leave the air inflator unattended while the unit is running, turn off and unplug when not in use.
d) While using compressor, car engine should be turn off.
e) Power required: 12 volts 10 amps. D.C.
f) Allow unit to cool before storing.
g) Do not carry unit by its hose or power cord.
h) Do not direct air flow at yourself or others since high pressure can be dangerous.
i) Operate only with the accessories included.
j) This compressor is not design for commercial applications.
k) Improper use of grounding plug can result in a possible risk of electrical shock.
l) The tire inflator is design for occasional use. Inflator over a long period will overheat the tire inflator and may cause damage. Do not
run for more than 10 minutes. After each 10 minute use, allow it to cold for a minimum of 10 minutes.
m) The reparation with the sealant, is just for a TEMPORARY repair. After application, have your tire checked and serviced by a
qualified tire professional for a PERMANENT repair within 80km from the time the sealant has been injected into the tire. Use of
tire sealant may cause slight tire vibration.
n) Tire sealant will only repair puncture in the thread area and is not intended for use with major tire damage, faulty valves or damaged
rims and will not sea sidewall punctures or bead leaks.
o) Do not use air inflator on high pressure tires such as those used on large trucks, trailers or tractors. This inflator has not been
designed to operate for the time it would take to inflate these large tires.
p) Do not hold in hand while operating, place inflator on the ground.
q) When using the sealant, eye protection must be worn during installation.
r) First Aid: Skin contact-wash thoroughly with soap and water. In the event of eye contact flush with water for at least 15 minutes.
Ingestion/Inhalation contact physician immediately. Check MSDS.
s) If the tire inflator emits abnormal sounds of overheats, turn it off immediately and unplug the power cord. Let it cool off for
minimum 40 minutes before next use.
t) Do not attempt to rewire or modify this inflator from its original design.
