You can change the spread pattern by adjusting the flow divider, spinner fins, and spinner speed.
For initial calibration, adjust the flow divider and check the pattern. If the flow divider adjustments
do not produce the desired spread pattern, then you may need to adjust the spinner speed or fins.
Flow Divider
Adjust the flow divider forward to increase the amount of material being applied directly behind
the spreader. Adjust the flow divider toward the rear to throw more material to the sides of the
spreader. Moving the flow divider will not make the spread pattern wider—it will only change the
distribution of material within the pattern.
Materials need customer-specific adaptation to suit regional variations. Please be sure to check
your pattern when changes to product characteristics are observed. Example: wet vs. dry

Overloading
Be aware of the designated maximum capacity of the suspension system
when loading the hopper. It is possible to overload the spreader with
a heavy material or too much material. Overloading can cause many
different problems with the spreader such as suspension damage,
excessive conveyor chain stretching, and structural damage to the hopper.
