The spinner speed on Endurance applicators is manually
adjusted. This valve is located on the top of the binary manifold
and has a black knob with finger grooves. Use the valve to set
the spinner speed, then lock in place with the lock ring.
To learn more about spinner speed during an application please
refer to the Adjustments section of this manual.
For those customers whom will operate the unit without the
aid of a rate control system, the conveyor speed will be set
manually. The conveyor speed flow control valve is located on
the top of the binary manifold and has a silver adjustment knob.
Turn the knob until the desired conveyor speed is achieved and
lock in place with the lock collar.
To learn more about setting the approximate conveyor speed
during an application, please refer to the Field Operations
section about setting application rate.

A dual switch box with lighted rocker switches is included
with your new spreader. These switches are used to
control the Dump Valve and optional GR System.
The dump valve should be used to turn the conveyor OFF
or ON. It should be used when loading, making a headland
turn, etc. The only other way to stop the conveyor is by
disengaging the PTO.
The dump valve switch sends power (12V) to the solenoid valve in the binary manifold causing the
conveyor to stop.
**If you have installed an electronic controller, you will use the rate controller, and not the
dump valve, to stop the conveyor.
Note: Even with the Dump Valve ON, the conveyor could still slowly creep when not loaded
with material. Disengage the PTO to completely shut off power to the conveyor.
