Tensioner
1 Loosen the top nut and ensure the 2 cable grip section contain a set of jaws.
2 Push the cable through the cable grip sections capturing the jaws between the 2 cable grips.

Ensure the jaws are orientated correctly.
3 Lift the assembly until the spring it up against the bottom bracket and pull the cable through
the assembly. Tighten the top nut to 70Nm.
4 Tension the cable by tightening the first nut until the washer is level with the lower edge of
the bottom bracket.
5 Lock the tension by tightening the lock nut.
