Rear-Facing Installation with Base
Never install an infant restraint system
in the front seat of a vehicle equipped
with an active passenger side frontal
airbag.
This infant restraint must always face the rear
of the vehicle.
Carrying handle MUST be in the upright AND
locked position when installed in the vehicle.

Install Base with UAS
Do not use the vehicle lap or lap/shoulder
belt when using the Universal Anchorage
System (UAS).
Check UAS belt before each use. Use only
if the belt can be tightened properly and
securely.
Do not fasten both UAS hooks on the same
UAS anchor bar in the vehicle.
Do not recline the infant restraint beyond
the level-to-ground line.
Failure to follow these warnings can result
in serious injury or death.
See section D-3 and your vehicle owner’s manual for information
on designated UAS positions and anchor bar locations.
UAS is attached to the base only. An additional base can be
purchased for additional vehicles for this infant restraint. See
replacement parts list.
