3.2 Extra lubrication
Extra lubrication can be started on the selected channel, when it is not in pressurization or in
alarm mode or closed. A phase code
Waiting
is displayed, if the pressurization phase cannot
start immediately because of another channel is being currently pressurized or if the
pressurization phase of another channel has stopped less than 30 seconds ago.
Start an extra lubrication cycle by pressing the
Extr
key in the control panel or with the help of
channel module
Ex
input.
Press
Stop
key to end the extra lubrication cycle.
In dual line grease lubrication system (SG2, SG2E and ML2) both lines are pressurized once.
The next line in the set pressurization sequence is pressurized first.
In single line grease lubrication system (SG1) the line is pressurized twice
In single line grease lubrication system (ML1) the line is pressurized once.
In grease lubrication systems (SG1, SG2, SG2E, ML1, ML2)

In the pressure switch channel there is a set delay time between pressurization phases. A
phase code
Delay
and the remaining delay time are displayed.

The second pressurization phase in pressure transmitter channel is started, when the
pressure in the lines drops below the set low limit value. A phase code
Discharge
is
displayed during the waiting time.
In oil lubrication systems (OS) line is pressurized once.
3.3 Manual operation
Select
Manu
option at the basic display to go to the channel manual operation mode display.
It is not possible to go into manual operation mode, if a channel belonging the same group* is
being pressurized, the selected channel is closed or a low level alarm has been triggered for
the channel in question.

Note
The center goes automatically back to basic display (to automatic operation
mode), when 60 minutes has elapsed from going into manual operation
mode or if a low level alarm is triggered from a channel in manual operation
mode.
Only channel shut-off valve control is switched on when going into manual operation mode.
Note
Channel line and pump control are switched on at the pump control channel
module.
When the system is leaving the manual operation mode, all channel controls are switched off.
