Closed status duration
Channel module
error
An error in the communication between
channel module and CPU-unit or in
channel module power input
(will also trigger an alarm)
Not config.
The channel has not been configured
Pressurization extra delay time
Pressurization extra delay time is used, when grease lubrication systems (SG1, SG2 and
SG2E) are in pressure switch mode. Delay time is set maximum pressurization time multiplied
by delay multiplier. The delay multiplier can be set at configuration mode.
Pressurization extra delay time is the minimum time between two pressurization phases. When
the delay setting prevents pressurization, the phase code
Delay
is displayed along with the
delay time left.
Pressure discharge
In pressure transmitter operation, line pressure discharge is waited. New pressurization phase
can be started only after pressure in both lines is below the set low limit value.
When center is waiting for pressure discharge, the phase
Discharge
and the elapsed
discharge time are displayed. Center goes into alarm mode, if the discharge time is longer than
interval time (= lubrication cycle/2).
