3.6.5 Channel-specific alarm relay
The channel module
AL
LED-signal shows the status of the channel-specific alarm relay, with
the exception of the case when the channel module is potential-free.
The relay operation options, which are set in the configuration mode, are
•
Alarm
output
(Relay 0)
:
The relay goes into alarm mode, if there is a low level alarm or a pressure alarm or if the
channel module is potential-free.
•
Status output (
Relay 1
):
Contact opens, when the channel is not in automatic operation mode, in other words, the
channel is
−
closed
−
interlocking is on
−
in manual operation mode
−
in
alarm
mode
−
not
configured
The relay goes into alarm mode regardless of the relay settings also when there are problems
in the communication between channel module and CPU-unit and these problems have lasted
more than 1 minute. The alarm is automatically reset, when the problem is solved.
3.6.6 Center-specific alarm relay
The red
Alarm
LED-signal on the center cover shows the status of the center-specific alarm
relay, with the exception of the case when the center is potential-free.
The alarm relay is in alarm mode, when
•
there are alarms from one or more channels
•
the center is potential-free
•
the diagnostic program detects an electronic fault
The center alarm is inactivated, when all the problems that caused the alarms have been
resolved and all alarms have been reset at the control panel. The alarm triggered by the
diagnostic program for electronics is automatically reset, when the problem is solved.
4 SETTINGS
4.1 General
Channel-specific settings can be divided into two groups
•
Set
values
•
Configuration
settings
Set values are lubrication system basic values, for example lubrication cycle and maximum
pressurization time. Set values can be changed in settings mode.
Configuration settings determine the channel functions according to the lubrication system.
These settings are usually factory settings and there should not be any reasons to change
them during operation.
All settings are password-protected. Different passwords are used for set values and
configuration settings.
