MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
For more information on the maintenance of the petrol and diesel engines, please
consult the engine manufacturer’s manual delivered with the machine.

-Check engine oil level
-Ensure that the air filter is clean.
-Ensure than the petrol/diesel engine air cooling systems are clean:
cylinder air vent
Every 50 hours
-Check of knives and hammers
-Check tension of rotor’s transmission belts
-Lubrication of the feed roller bearings
-Check and remove the branches winding around the bearings' axes
and the hydraulic motors
Every 100 hours

Check tightening of coupler head’s articulation joints
Every 200 hours
- Verification wear rings hammers
Every 300 hours
-Change hydraulic oil filter for first time and then every 500 hours
(or every 2 years)
-Inspect wear of counter-blade
-Check battery electrolyte level
Every 500 hours
-Verification wear rings hammers
-Change hydraulic oil (or every 2 years)
-Change hydraulic return oil filter (or every 2 years)
-Change suction strainer in the reservoir
