DISASSEMBLY FOR THE CHANGING OF BLADES AND 
HAMMER PELLETS 

It is imperative to remove the ignition key before this type of servicing

.

 

- The hexagonal socket head screws holding the blades and hammer pellets are factory 
mounted using a normal LOCTITE thread-lock adhesive.  To disassemble, use a suitable 
wrench in good condition. 
- Remove all the blades and hammer pellet screws (when reassembling, only use new, well 
degreased screws). 
- Clean the support surfaces; seats

 and heels 

(2)

; blades and hammer pellets.

 

To access to the blades and pellets, remove the 4 nuts 

(4) 

and the main body extender 

(3) 

along with the shaft.  
- Check that the hammers can rotate freely around their axle.
