5-Maintenance
5.1 Preventive maintenance
Operation Daily Weekly Monthly 3-6 months Annually
Check the air pressure of
the CO
2
cylinder.
Check the hinges and
sealing gaskets of doors.
Check whether the water
level in the humidity pan is
between 1/3 and 2/3 from
the top
Confirm and record CO
2
,
humidity and temperature
calibration values
Disinfect the inner surface
of incubator
Replace the access
port filter
Replace the CO
2
filter
Replace HEPA
Perform sterilization cycle
as needed.
Warning: If the equipment is running, turn it off and disconnect the power cord
before maintenance.
Note: The user should use suitable disinfectants for cleaning. All objects and surfaces
must be thoroughly cleaned with sterile water before rinsing and drying.
Warning: Alcohol (i.e. 70% alcohol solution) is volatile and flammable. It should be
used in areas which are well ventilated without open flame. For parts that are cleaned
