4.5 High temperature sterilization
Necessary information to start high temperature sterilization

The sterilization cycle lasts for around 14 hours, of which 2-4 hours for
heating, 2 hours for sterilization, and 6-8 hours for cooling;
Relevant information of high temperature sterilization

The incubator need to be cleaned in advance in order to clear all visible
signs of overflow and leakage, internal stains, traces of dried materials, and
eliminate odor;

There may be odor during the sterilization cycle, which is a normal
phenomenon;

The sterilization cycle does not apply to other projects or instruments;

During the cycle, the high temperature of chamber will melt the specimens,
accessories, utensils, etc. Therefore, all specimens in the chamber should be
removed in advance (humidity pans can also be sterilized by high
temperature).
Please start the sterilization cycle as per following steps:
1) Click the [Sterilize] key on the main interface or [Menu] interface to enter
the following interface:
2) Click the [Prepare] key, it changes to [Start], then follow the prompts in the
picture to start the sterilization.
