3. Product assembly and structure
3.1 Incubator Installation
3.1.1 Precautions before Installiation
1) At least 10 cm of clearance should be left behind the CO
2
Incubator to
allow the connection of electrical or gas supply devices to the equipment.
In addition, at least 10 cm of ventilation clearance should be left on each
side of the equipment.
2) The equipment should be mounted on a solid horizontal surface capable of
supporting a weight of 120 kg.
3) The equipment should be placed away from doors, windows, heaters and
air conditioner ducts.
4) Lift the CO
2
Incubator along both sides of its base instead of lifting it from
its front and rear sides.
3.1.2 Preliminary cleaning
1) Any plastic film observed on the horizontal shelves, vertical plates, and
ejector rob assembly should be removed.
2) Clean all internal surfaces with suitable laboratory disinfectants.
3.1.3 Install the inner cover assembly
1) Install the inner cover assembly on the erection column on the top of the inner
container (note that the air duct direction needs to be facing inside), and lock the inner
cover with butterfly nuts from the accessory kit.
2) Connect the other end of the air duct to the carbon dioxide sampling port, and
ensure that the connection is correct and airtight.
