sub assembly from main

shaft & lay shaft sliding

gears to take out Right

selector fork.

Aggregate to Dismantle /

Instructions

NOTE:

Rotate cam plate such that it

is in 3rd gear position before

removing.



Remove the cam plate

from the gears

NOTE:

Ensure the 4 roller do not

drop out of the cam plate .

Gear Train Removal



Gently pull out the gear

train & selector assembly

as a complete set from

crankcase RH.

NOTE:

Take care not to drop the

selector

fork

while

seperating the gear shafts.

NOTE:

Ensure special thrust

washers of layshaft is

removed from crankcase RH



Seperate the main shaft

& drive shaft gears.
