removal



Remove Gear change
lever from gear shift

shaft on LH side



Remove Gear shift shaft

with spacer from RH

side.

No.

Hex Socket Head cap

Screw M5
Allen Key 4 mm



Remove the 2 hex socket
head cap screws holding

the lower pivot bearing.



Remove the 2 hex socket

head cap screws and

remove the rocker shaft

upper pivot bearing with

“O” ring.

Special Tool No.ST 25123-4

Hex socket head cap screw

Allen Key 5 mm



Locate Special tool on

rocker shaft return

spring pivot pin with “O”

ring & gently pull the

pivot pin out of the

Crankcase RH.
