

Gently press push rod

lock to release plunger &

lower chain pad to

slackness primary chain

tensioner.

Locate Special tool to

lock Clutch outer

sprocket and engine

sprocket.

Special tool No.ST-25591-4

Hex. Nut M16
Socket spanner 21mm



Loosen & remove nyloc

nut & plain washer from

clutch center.



Remove clutch push

pad, ball bearing &

bearing retainer cup.
