Main Shaft Sub

Assembly

Assemble  the 2 dowel

pins  on  the  crankcase

and  apply  LOCKTITE

5699 RTV silicon liquid

gasket  on  the  Right

Crank  case  seating

surface.

Assemble special thrust

washer (lay     shaft) on

Crank case Left.

Apply gasket sealant on

crankcase  RH  mating

surface.

Insert the jack shaft into

crankcase LH inner side.

Assemble  the crankcase

LH  on  crankcase  RH

ensuirng
- all  shaft holes  are

aligned

- The jack shaft is in

position  and  does

not fall off.

- The 

crankcase

joints are perfectly

matched.

NOTE :

Ensure special thrust washer

profile facing  towards Crank

shaft bearing side on Left

Crank case.

CAUTION :

Ensure gasket sealant not

applied  excess  in  &  on

bearings etc.

CAUTION :

Ensure jack shaft does not

fall off while assembling on

crankcase LH & RH.
