Disassembly, disposal and environ-
mental protection
When no longer operational, the winch must be dismantled
into its individual components, sorted into different material
types and recycled.
•
Materials that cannot be recycled must be disposed of
according to environmental standards.
•
Only qualified personnel are permitted to disassemble
and dispose of the winch.
•
Drain the oil and dispose of according to environmental
standards.
•
The winch must be disposed of according to the regula-
tions applicable in the relevant country.
•
The winch may be sent to ROTZLER for disposal. De-
livery must be free of charge for ROTZLER. Before re-
turning the winch, please contact the ROTZLER Cus-
tomer Support.
Handling environmentally hazardous materials in-
correctly can cause extensive environmental dam-
age.
If environmentally hazardous materials are acci-
dentally discharged into the environment, take im-
mediate measures to dispose of them correctly. If
in doubt, notify the relevant local authorities.
