Hydraulic diagram
The control valve must have H or Y connection in neutral
position to assure save operation.

CAUTION!
Danger of damaging the winch!
If the case drain pressure gets too high, the winch
might be damaged and leakage can occur!

Fill the motor of the winch via the case drain connection
with min. 0.13 gal US of hydraulic oil prior to initial opera-
tion.
WARNING!
Risk of injuries!
Hot hydraulic oil and hydraulic oil spraying out un-
der high pressure may cause severe burns and
injuries.
Only approved hydraulic hoses must be used.
The length, diameter, and quality of the hy-
draulic hoses must comply with the require-
ments (see technical data).
If pressures above 725.2 psi and temperatures
above 122 °F occur and if the hydraulic lines
are less than 3.28 ft. away from the control
bench, a burst protection must be installed at
the hydraulic lines.
