Setting synchronism:
If the elevator belt moves onto the bar of the drive wheel more on the left or right side,
synchronism must be adjusted immediately at the right elevator rocker arm, because
otherwise the elevator belt will be subject to increased wear.
Proceed as follows:
– Loosen the four clamping bolts (

).
– Loosen the clamping bolts (
7
) in the slots.
– Turn the nuts (
8
) and (
9
) 1-2 revolutions on the setting bolt.
– Tighten nuts (

) and (
9
).
– Tighten setting bolts (
6
) and (
7
).
– Allow the elevator belt to run for a few minutes. Check by visual inspection whether
the conveyor runs evenly straight. If this is not the case, then repeat the setting
process for so long until the conveyor runs evenly in the centre.

Setting elevator drive shaft alignment:
– Loosen the clamping bolts (

– Tighten nuts (

– Tighten clamping bolts (

– Allow the elevator belt to run for a few minutes. Check by visual inspection whether
the conveyor runs evenly straight. If this is not the case, then repeat the setting
process for so long until the conveyor runs evenly in the centre.
