Turn up the volume on the external speakers.

There may be a moment of silence in the show you are watching.
Using the Remote Control
The remote control does not work.
•
Remove the plastic film that is in-between the battery and the remote control.
•
Replace the battery because it may be dead. The battery size is CR 2025.
•
The remote control is out of range of the projector. The remote control's range is
up to 20 feet.
•
Sunlight or the lighting in the room can interfere with the projector's reception of
the remote control's signal.
