Sets the second frequency of the FSK-modulated signal.

Parameters:

<HoppingFrequency> The range depends on the signal type:

Sinus: 100mHz - 25MHz
Sinc/Triangle/Ramp/Exponential: 100mHz - 1MHz
Rectangle/Pulse/Arbitrary: 100mHz - 10MHz

<Rate>

Sets the rate at which signal switches between the carrier frequency and the hopping
frequency.

Parameters:

0.1 to 1E6

Default unit: Hz
