With Multi-Mailbox, each person can manage their personal mailbox separately. Multi-Mailbox allows you to
create up to 5 separate mailboxes, each with a private password and separate message storage.
Did You Know:
Each unique mailbox can be set up with Online-Voicemail and Duo-Access.
To sign up for Multi-Mailbox:
1.
Call
1 888 ROGERS1 (1 888 764-3771)
and request
Rogers Home Phone Account Changes.
2.
Provide them with the number of sub-mailboxes
you would like added. You can add up to 4 separate
sub-mailboxes.
To set up each of the sub-mailboxes:
1.
Dial
from your home phone.
2.
Press a key to select the desired sub-mailbox –
(
for main and
–
for sub-mailboxes.)
3.
Enter your temporary password. Your temporary
password is the last four digits of your telephone
number. For example, if your phone number is
(555) 555-1234, then your temporary password
is
.
4.
Press
to begin setting up your mailbox.
5.
Enter your new Voicemail password. (Your new
password must be 4-10 digits.)
6.
Press
to confi rm your new password.
7.
Record your fi rst and last name after you hear
the tone.
8.
Press
after you’ve recorded your name, and
press
to confi rm.
9.
Press
to record your own personal greeting. (Or
you can also press
to choose a standard greeting.)
10.
Record your personal greeting after you hear the tone.
11.
Press
after you have recorded your personal
greeting, and listen to your message.
12.
If you’re satisfi ed with your recording, press
to
complete your Voicemail activation.
To access your mailboxes:
From home:
1.
Dial

2.
Press a key between

to select the
desired mailbox.
3.
Enter your password. You are now in the Voicemail
Main menu.
4.
From the Voicemail Main menu, enter

listen to your new Voicemail messages.
Away from home, as a local call:
1.
Dial your home telephone number.
NOTE: Your home phone will ring.
2.
Once you hear your recorded greeting, press

3.
Press a key between

desired mailbox.

Enter your Voicemail password. You are now in the
Voicemail Main menu.
5.
From the Voicemail Main menu, enter

listen to your new Voicemail messages.
Away from home, as a toll-free call:
1.

2.
Enter your 10-digit telephone number.
3.
Press a key between

to select the
desired mailbox.
4.
When prompted, enter your password. You are now
in the Voicemail Main menu.
5.
From the Voicemail Main menu, enter

listen to your new Voicemail messages.
Call to sign up for Voicemail-Notifi er:
1.
Call

and request Rogers Home Phone Account Changes.

Provide them with the number at which you would like to be notifi ed when you receive a Voicemail. Please specify whether this
number is a pager or telephone number.
Sign up for Voicemail-Notifi er Online:
1.
Visit
rogers.com/onlinevoicemail
2.
Enter your Rogers Home Phone number and your Voicemail password (the same password used to access your voicemail from your
home phone).
3.
Click on
Voicemail Settings
tab.
4.
Select
Voicemail-Notifi er
from the menu.
5.
Enter the phone number at which you would like to be notifi ed that you have a new Voicemail and click
Submit
.
Want to be notifi ed on your Wireless device or at another telephone number that you have a new Home Phone Voicemail?
Activate the Voicemail-Notifi er feature and be notifi ed of new messages as soon as they arrive, no matter where you are.

Group Distribution List
With Rogers Home Phone, you can create Voicemail Group Distribution Lists that allow for quick communication to several people with a
single call. Voicemail Group Distribution Lists can only include Rogers Home Phone and Rogers Wireless numbers.
To create a Voicemail Group Distribution List:
1.
Dial

for Distribution List.
5.

to create a new Distribution List.
6.
A group number is automatically assigned to the group. Say the name you wish to associate with this group. Press
to keep this
name or press
to change it.
7.
Enter the mailbox number (phone number) of the person you wish to include in the group. Enter the sub-mailbox number when
prompted, if applicable.
8.
Follow the prompts to enter another subscriber to the Distribution List or press
if there are no other subscribers you wish to add
to the Distribution List.
