SMS from lift phone
The following sequences can be seen on the first line in the SMS:
“10 Main alarm“
The alarm button is activated
“17 Battery alarm”
A battery alarm is active
“12 Reset alarm “
The battery alarm is reset
“26 Test alarm”
A test alarm is sent
“28 End of alarm”
A end of alarm is sent
The text string is hard coded and cannot be changed but the initial digits may be different for
“Main alarm” and “End of alarm” since these alarm types can be set manually, see section
8.4.11 and 8.4.16 above.
9.9 Remote reset of the lift phone
In some cases a complete reset of the lift phone is desired. This is achieved by sending a re-
set message to the lift phone. See Picture 11 below for a description of how the SMS looks
like.
Please note that there will be no answer from the lift phone after sending a remote reset. You
may check that the lift phone has restarted correctly by sending a status SMS, as described
under section 9.5 above.
