Safety Precautions
To ensure the best and safest use of the sauna, please read the following guidelines and precautions:
1.
Please consult your physician if you are taking medication(s) or have any ailments, diseases, open
wounds, skin conditions and/or are prone to heat sensitivity that make you question whether the
sauna is safe for you to use.
2.
Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant.
3.
Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs
4.
Make sure to properly hydrate
throughout the day
as well as during any sauna session.
5.
Do not place any flammable or combustible materials near the sauna.
6.
While the sauna is in operation, do not use any metal tools on the sauna or try to change out electrical
parts (ie: light bulbs). This creates the chance for electric shock and burns.
7.
Usage by minor children and animals must be under strict supervision of a qualified adult.
8.
Do not touch the heaters while the sauna is in operation.
9.
Do not spray water on the heating panels as this may cause electric shock and/or damage the panels.
The sauna is not to be used to dry clothes, bathing suits, etc. It is okay for sweat to come in contact
with the panel without concern. See the FAQ section of this manual for directions on how to clean the
sauna.
10.
Do not use the sauna for any other purpose than originally designed and intended.
11.
Use of the sauna must be done under proper supervision of a qualified adult.

misuse or neglect of the sauna by the client. Rocky Mountain Saunas will not be held liable for any damage
and/or injury caused by misuse or neglect of the product. **
