Use in a Tightly Sealed
Enclosure
When the power supply unit is installed in a tightly sealed enclosure, the
temperature inside the enclosure is higher than outside of the enclosure. In
such situations, the inside temperature defines the ambient temperature for
the power supply unit.
The following measurement results can be used as a reference to estimate the
temperature rise inside the enclosure. These measurements are taken with the
power supply unit in the middle of the enclosure, with no other heat-
producing items inside the enclosure.
