HOW TO CLEAN:
•To clean the control box and heater, use a damp dishcloth that has been dipped in water and mild dishsoap. Completely wipe
down all parts of the control box. Rinse dish and wipe off all residual dishsoap. Do not reassemble the deep fryer until all parts are
thoroughly dry.
•Clean the lid, the breather freely cover, the oil filter mesh, the basket, the bowl, the main body with hot water, a little dishwashing
liquid and a sponge or put this part into the dishwasher to clean.
Place the bowl as vertically as possible in the dishwasher, while ensuring it will not hinder the spray arms.

Between fryers, the sealed lid of your fryer allows you to store the oil inside the appliance. The fryer must be stored at room tempe-
rature.
Wrap cord loosely and place into cord storage area for storing. Wrapping the cord tightly could result in damage to your unit.
•Do not store appliance that still contains oil in the oil tank or that has not been cleaned and dried thoroughly.
•For best results in storing your appliance, fold fry basket handle back into basket also, you will want to wrap the electric cord
loosely and place into the cord storage department in the control box before placing the control box on the stainless steel base and
oil tank.
•Store in a dry area. Unit can be stored in it’s box. Do not place heavy items on top of the deep fryer or the box as this could result in
damage of your appliance.
