15.1 Burner Components
To remo
v
e the b
u
rner from the heater:
1. Unpl
u
g the b
u
rner electrical s
u
pply from the
heater.
2. Isolate the f
u
el s
u
pply at the inlet man
u
al
v
al
v
e
and disconnect the inlet f
u
el pipe.
3. Unscre
w
the n
u
ts holding the b
u
rner mo
u
nting
flange to the heater.
4. Remo
v
e the b
u
rner from the heater, retaining
the gasket for re
u
se.
For remo
v
al of b
u
rner components, follo
w
the b
u
rner
man
u
fact

rer’s instr

ctions. To refit the b
u
rner,
re
v
erse the instr
u
ctions abo
v
e. Fit the gasket
bet
w
een the b
u
rner mo
u
nting flange and the heater.
Use a ne

gasket, if necessary.
15.2 Direct On-Line Main Fan Starter and
Thermal Overload Unit (3 Ø)
This assembly comprises t

o parts, the contactor
and the o

erloads,

hich may be changed
separately.
15.2.1 The Contactor
To remo

e the contactor:
1. Remo
v
e the o
v
erloads as
on Page 63, Section
15.2.2
.
2. Remo
v
e the line connections to the top of the
contactor (noting the colo
u
r code) and the t
w
o
coil connections at the top rear of the contactor.
3. Unscre
w
the fixing scre
w
s to remo
v
e the con-
tactor from the panel.
4. Re
v
erse these instr
u
ctions to refit. Check rota-
tion of the fan after
w
orking on the contactor.
15.2.2 The Overloads (models 060 to 100)
To remo
v
e the o
v
erloads:
1. Unscre
w
the motor connecting
w
ires from their
terminals at the bottom of the assembly. Note
the colo
u
r code.
2. Disconnect the o
v
erload circ
u
it connections
near the o
v
erload reset b
u
tton.
