Overhead cabinet interior
Do not keep large, round, and/or heavy objects in a
cabinet unsecured - they will roll around and apply
excessive pressure to the inside of the cabinet doors as you
drive. Even if the force of such objects doesn't break the
latch, they can shift position with vehicle motion and be
leaning against the inside of the cabinet door, waiting to fall
when you open the cabinet. For this reason, Roadtrek
recommends that you not store anything in the overhead
cabinets that you wouldn't want to get hit over the head
with. Put these objects in floor-level storage.
The overhead cabinets do not have internal partitions -
behind the doors, they are open front to back down the
entire length of the vehicle, and across the back. This allows
you more flexibility in loading them, but also creates the
need to secure any large, round and/or heavy objects in
some other location than the overhead cabinets. Sudden
braking or other emergency maneuvers could cause such objects to shift if stored overhead.
Instant Hot Water Dispenser
If so equipped, the instant hot water dispensing system unit is in the drawer above the microwave convection oven, on the
right side. The replaceable filter is accessed inside this cabinet.
To use the on-demand hot water dispenser, locate the galley inverter controls under the galley sink. Turn on the inverter, and
then turn on the on-demand hot water dispenser using the timer switch.
