RITE-HITE Company, LLC and its affiliates (collectively “RITE-HITE”) warrants to the owner (“Owner”) that the AL-900

Dock Leveler sold to the Owner will be free of defects in design, materials and workmanship (ordinary wear and tear

excepted) for a period of 1 year parts and labor from date of shipment. With an additional 5 years parts warranty on the

Air Tower, Blower Motor and Hose parts in accordance with Rite-Hite’s Standard Warranty Policy.
