CHAPTER 4. FIRST PAPER FEED SECTION

Removing the Pickup Roller Shaft Ass’y and Paper Feed
Pressure Adjustment Unit

(1)

Remove the paper feed cover.

(2)

Detach the E-ring, disconnect the connector, then remove the paper feed clutch.

(3)

Remove the E-rings and bearing bushes on both sides of the pickup roller shaft. Remove the pickup
roller shaft ass’y.

(4)

Remove the three mounting screws (M4 x 8), then remove the paper feed pressure adjustment unit.
