Service 

 

We gladly do maintenance service for you. Sensors should be re-calibrated every 
2 years to ensure greatest precision. If it should be necessary to return the device 
for maintenance service or repairs, please add a clear description of the occurring 
error. If you are located outside the European Union, please also add a pro-forma 
invoice (3fold) including the serial number of the device(s) and the statement “for 
repair”. This will avoid customs duties. Packaging must ensure sufficient 
protection against shock. Use the original packaging material if available.
