5.1.5. Book cycle/job counter
The machine is equipped with a job counter, to indicate to the operator how many
books have been done from the job it actually runs on the machine. The job counter
shows the cycles have been done from the last RESET. To reset the job counter please
hit the RESET button next to the Counter sign.
5.1.6. Change binding mode
To change the binding mode between Perfect Binding and Padding please hit button
or .
In Perfect Binder mode the binding/nipping station is activated. When the book arrives
above the binding/nipping station it makes the movement up and down and press the
cover onto to book.
In Padding mode the binding/nipping station is inactive.
5.1.7. Information when the machine is ready to use
It is an indication when the machine is ready for starting the production
