BASIC INFORMATION / COMMANDS INTERFACE
1 Info key: activates the function for
accessing certain boiler operation
information.
2 Smart system filling key: activates
the system filling function when
you need to bring the pressure
level back to the correct value. If
the system needs filling, the icon
will flash.
3 Memory key: activates the Memory
function.
4 Key for adjusting the heating
temperature: used to access the
heating water temperature adjust-
ment (to be carried out using the
encoder).
5 ON/OFF/RESET key allows you to:
- switch on the boiler
- switch off the boiler
- restore operation after a stop due
to a fault
6 Heating ON/OFF key: activates/de-
activates the heating function
7 Service dedicated: activates or de-
activates operation in local/FAMILY
Remote Control mode.
8 Encoder (adjustment knob): al-
lows you to increase or decrease
the pre-set values
9 Comfort key: activates the comfort
function.
10 DHW temperature adjustment key:
used to access the domestic hot
water temperature adjustment, to
be carried out using the encoder.

1.3 Getting to know the boiler
FAMILY KI is a wall-hung gas boiler with
an open combustion chamber (type B
appliance), designed to produce hot wa-
ter for heating rooms and for domestic
hot water use.
FAMILY KI has an automatic ignition with
ionisation flame control and electronic
adjustment.
