Climatic curve correction
The heat request is made by the closure of the room thermostat con-
tact, while the opening of the contact produces a switch-off.
The delivery temperature is calculated automatically by the boil-
er, nevertheless the user can change the delivery temperature by
means of the control panel, as done for the modification of the HEAT-
ING SET-POINT.
Pressing the
key will display a value that can vary by turning the
encoder b5 and -5.
The modification of this value will not directly modify the delivery tem-
perature, but will affect the calculation that determines the value of
that temperature, altering the comfort temperature in the system (20).
We therefore have the possibility to choose between 11 levels of
comfort.

If the BAG2 MIX is used, accessory on request, 2 thermoregulation
curves can be used
- PARAMETER 46 = 1 ON
- OTC 1 CH PARAMETER 45 for the direct mode system
- OTC 2 CH PARAMETER 47 for the mixed mode system
To determine the curve for the mixed system acts as described for
the parameter 45.
To program the Max Heating Set Point, use PARAMETER 31.
To program the Min Heating Set Point, use PARAMETER 32.
For the correction of the curve in this configuration, refer to the in-
structions supplied with the BAG2 MIX.
Type of heat request PARAMETER 51
If the boiler is connected to a room thermostat or timed thermostat,
set PARAMETER 51 = 0.
When the environment cools below the value set on TA, the contact
closes and the boiler turns on according to the programmed settings.
When the environment returns to the desired temperature, the con-
tact opens and the boiler shuts down.
If the boiler is connected to a programmable timer, set PARAMETER
51 = 1.
With the contact closed, to set the time of the programmable timer,
the boiler turns on according to the programmed settings.
With the contact open, the thermoregulation of the boiler is placed on
NIGHT at 16° C and calculates the delivery temperature according to
the new conditions.
The delivery temperature can vary acting as described above.
If the BAG2 MIX is used, set PARAMETER 52 as described for 51.

Memory function PARAMETER 43
The Memory function acts by increasing the delivery T° by 5° C if
after 10 minutes of closing of the TA the T° set on the TA has not yet
been reached, and continues to increase the delivery T° up until the
opening of the TA or until the MAX HEATING SET POINT is reached.
Therefore you should consider leaving the function on. Setting PA-
RAMETER 43 = 1 ON or cancelling it 43 = 0 OFF.
C.T.R. FUNCTION PARAMETER 42
The C.T.T. function acts, when the delivery temperature is set be-
tween 55°C and 65°C, by increasing the delivery T° by 5° C if after
20 minutes of closing of the TA the T° set on the TA has not yet been
reached, and continues to increase the delivery T° up until the clos-
ing of the TA or until the MAX HEATING SET POINT is reached.
Therefore you should consider leaving the function on. Setting PA-
RAMETER 42 = 1 ON or cancelling it 42 = 0 OFF.

Display and fault codes
Faults
When there is an operation fault, the display shows a flashing code
and the RESET and
icons (simultaneously or otherwise). For a
description of the faults, refer to the table in the following page.
Resetting the faults
Wait about 10 seconds before resetting normal operating conditions,
Then proceed as follows:
1. Display only of the icon
The appearance of the
icon indicates that an operation fault has
been diagnosed and the boiler will attempt to resolve it autonomously
(temporary stop).
If the boiler does not resume normal operation, there are two possi-
ble display scenarios.
Scenario A
disappears, and the RESET icon appears along with a different
alarm code.
In this case, proceed as described in point 2.
