Troubleshooting Notes

The LED heads are the same for all CMYK colors.

So it is possible to find which LED head has the
problem by swapping them with one another.

The LED spacer contacts the OPC to keep the
correct distance between the LED head and the
drum for focusing.

The spacer contacts the OPC, so it will gradually
wear out. If the PCDU is used for longer than its
normal yield, the LED may gradually start to lose
its focus.
