Fusing Temperature Control - 1/3

Two thermistors, one thermostat

Fusing temperature control is based on measurements from the thermistor
at the center.

The thermostat cuts power to the fusing lamp.

The machine turns power off and enters sleep mode if the machine is idle
for 10 minutes.
