Programming Quick Dials
This machine has 10 Quick Dial keys (01 to 10), each of which can be
programmed as one of the following : a Quick Dial key, a Group or a
Keystroke program. The page number in the following table shows the
location of the programming procedures.
1 Quick Dial A fax or telephone number. This page
2 Group A set of fax numbers that you often
wish to send the same fax to at the

Press the Function key and 3,1 using
the ten keypad, then press the Yes key.

At this time you can print a Quick Dial List if
you press the

key, then press the Start Key.

Press the Quick Dial key that you wish
to program, then press the Yes key.

" appears briefly, this key is already in
use. Try another key or erase it using function

Clear key then input the correct number.

If you make mistake while entering a number,
use the Clear key to delete a digit or the No
key to delete the whole number.
If your machine is behind a PBX, include the access code and a pause before
the telephone number. For an international number, place a pause after the
country code. To input a pause, press the Pause key.
