Set User Management in Admin.

Administrator Authentication in
the administrator authentication
management setting
beforehand. For the

Administrator Authentication".
File(s) without the privilege to
delete have been selected. Such
files will not be shown below. You have tried to delete files
without the authority to do so. Files can be deleted by the file
creator (owner) or file
administrator. To delete a file
which you are not authorized to
delete, contact the file creator
(owner).
• If a message prompting you to make a service call appears, contact you service representative.
If the Printer Cannot Be Operated
If the following conditions arise while users are operating the printer, provide the instructions on how to
deal with them.
Condition Cause Solution
Cannot print using the printer
driver. User authentication has been
rejected. Confirm the user name and login
name with the administrator of
the network in use if using
Windows Authentication, LDAP
Authentication, or Integration
Server Authentication.
Confirm with the user
administrator if using basic
authentication.
