3.5 User

The MSI-4260M has configurable user function key, 

, on the front panel that can be programmed to one of several

functions. To set the user function key use the following steps:

1. Press and hold 

 and 

. 



 displays.

2. Press 

. The currently set function displays.

3. Press 

 to scroll through the available functions.

4. Press 

 when the desired function is displayed. 



 displays.

5. Press 

. 



 displays briefly and the display returns to weigh mode.

Test Mode

Section 4.2.2 on page 11

3.6 Menu Navigation

The following keys can be used when navigating through the MSI-4260M menus.

• Press 

 to exit a menu without saving changes;  



 displays momentarily and unit returns to weigh mode

• Press 

 to go back one level or to exit a menu and save changes,  



 displays briefly and unit returns to

weigh mode

• Press 

 to scroll through menu parameters and parameter settings

• Press 

 to enter or select a menu parameter or parameter setting

• If a wrong value is entered, press 

 

to step back one digit and

 

press 

 to change the digit

If a function key does not work, the MSI-4260M is not set up to support the key.
For example, if 

 is set to Total, the Total mode must also be set up in the Setup Menu.
