TinyGate - User's manual and assembly instructions

The TinyGate integrated sound card has a preamplifier on the microphone in-

put, that is activated via the software through the audio control panel of the

operating system. Unfortunately, the term «AGC» for the preamplifier is not

really self-explanatory......:

In any case it is advisable to deactivate the preamplifier first and controlling

the audio output level of the transceiver. Only if this was not sufficiently high

despite the “RX” potentiometer being at maximum, then one may try and ac-

tivate the preamplifier with “AGC”.
