END OF PRODUCTION 

The end of production has arrived, if: 

- 

the intended quantity of filling material is processed 

- 

no further filling material is available for foreseeable time 

- 

the piston filler must be put out of operation due to a long lasting fault or due to 

other reasons. 

The piston filler should be switched off immediately at the end of production. This takes place 
advantageously in the sequence: 

- 

Switch off the piston filler using the off button (4.2 Operating elements/function) 

- 

Switch off the main switch (position "0") (Figure 8: Main switch, page 39) 

Switching off the main switch is absolutely required for cleaning. The piston filler 
can however be switched on at the main switch again after completing the cleaning 
job and can be brought to the stand-by operation.  

The cleaning should be done as per chapter 5.
