4.5.13

Additional twisting-off of the 1

portion

The set value (setting range 0-10 rotations) is extended by the set number
of rotations for the 1

portion. This prevents the first twisting-off position

from twisting-off in a sausage chain.

4.5.14

Speed of the 1

portion

In this case, the machine operator has the option of adjusting speed of the
first portion in proportion to the following portions.

4.5.15

Delay in the 2

clipper impulse

The time delay at the end of the 1

clip impulse can be set in this case for

the start of the 2

clip impulse. The 2

clip impulse is set only when the 2

clip impulse is activated. The duration of the 2

clip impulse is equal to the

duration of the 1

clip impulse.

4.5.16

Correcting the last portion

This value with the unit cm³ is then deducted from or added to the capacity
of the last portion (setting range of –9999.9 cm³ to 9999.9 cm³).

4.5.17

Pre-selection weight

This is for setting the amount of weight to be produced. Once the desired
quantity has been reached, production is stopped and a dialog opens.

If the quantity is changed during production (or during a production pause),
counting starts over again.

The preset weight is counted only if the preset weight function is switched
on.

4.5.18

Weight acceptance

In the straight filling programme, a particular capacity can be filled by
actuating the knee lever, which can then directly be accepted in the
portioning or twisting-off programme.

4.5.19

Stop: in pairs

By activating the parameter, the piston filler stops only after an even
portioning quantity (e.g. 14, 16, 18, …).
