Preliminary activities 

The following work and checks are necessary before the initial operation: 

- 

Comparison of line voltage and frequency 

The details on the machine label and the meter of the power station must match. 
Voltage fluctuations must not /- 10%. Greater deviations result in 
interferences and early wear. Non-compliance with these regulations nullifies any 
guarantee on part of the manufacturer.  

 

- 

Checking the rotating direction of the hydraulic pump 

Open the roasting piston and start the piston filler. Then actuate the piston lifting or lowering 
button. If the roasting piston does not move in the selected direction, the polarity of the 
phases in the connection line must be reversed.  

Attention: The hydraulic pump should not run in the wrong direction for a 

long time otherwise it will get damaged. If it is determined that 
the hydraulic pump of the piston filler is running in the incorrect 
rotating direction, it must be switched off immediately and the 
polarity of the connection line must be reversed.  
All the work in the electronic field must be performed only by 
trained electricians. Danger of electric shocks and  
electroshocks! Danger to life!!!

Set the height or distance by loosening the hexagonal screw. 
Set the corresponding position and lock it with the hexagonal screw 

The knee lever plate is rotatable.
