muscles?
All upper thigh and stomach exercises are well suited at fi rst
for strengthening your pelvic fl oor muscles.
Burning fat
Are there special exercises for burning fat?
All strength exercises with the Functional Trainer serve to
build muscles, which signifi cantly increases the standard
metabolic rate. This positively infl uences your metabolism
and fi rms your tissue, which in turn breaks down the fat
deposits.
Advanced
Can well-trained athletes begin with the advanced intensi-
ties straight away?
The effort of this workout is new even for trained athletes
and your body must get used to it fi rst. But trials will help.
How does the loop training work?
All movements that are performed during this workout inclu-
de more than one muscle group. This means that the benefi t
of the workout is greater and requires less time than for
example classic weight training. A classic workout on weight
machines for example conducts the muscle in a one-dimen-
sional movement.
When working out with the Functional Trainer, the body
must use several muscle chains for a controlled movement.
This lets the organism derive a greater benefi t already at a
lower scope of exercise.

cles?
Working out with the Functional Trainer is ideal for nearly
the entire muscular system.
Workout results
How long will the achieved workout results last?
After some time, the effects you achieved will weaken, as it
happens for every other training as well. This is very indivi-
dual and depends on a multitude of factors. The reduction in
strength will get noticeable fairly quickly while good circu-
lation will last longer.
Care/Maintenance
We recommend checking all machine parts that could loosen
(screws, nuts, etc.) regularly every 2 to 4 weeks, depending
on the frequency of use. Use a soft, perhaps slightly moiste-
ned cloth to clean. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

Disposal
Disposing of the fi tness machine
If you do not use the fi tness equipment any
more, please dispose of it properly.
Packaging recycling
The packaging material is partially re-use-
able. Dispose of the packaging in an envi-
ronmentally friendly manner and add it to
the recyclable waste. Dispose of the pa-
ckaging at a public collection point. Enquire
of your city/municipal administration for
your nearest available disposal point.
