Special safety instructions
• When this appliance is to be positioned in close proximity to a
wall, partitions, kitchen furniture, decorative finishes, etc., it
is recommended that they are made of non-combustible ma-
terial; if not, they shall be clad with a suitable non-combus-
tible heat insulating material, and that the closest attention
be paid to fire prevention regulations.

! Risk of burns! The surface of
the appliance and adjacent areas are very
hot. Touch only the power switch, and the
temperature control knob only.
• Do not cover the appliance during the operation.
• Do not use hard utensils to hit the enclosure. Do not use wa-
ter jet, flush directly with water or steam cleaner as the parts
will get wet and electric shock might be resulted.
• Clean the appliance after each use for the reason of hygiene.

! Allow completely cool down before cleaning and
storage.
• Do not touch the surface of the heating head while the ma-
chine is on.
• Do not place hand into the pan to remove the sugar while the
machine is on.
• Do not move the machine while it is on. Allow the machine to
cool before moving it or removing excess sugar.
• Avoid the long periods of continuous operation in order to
prolong the life of the motor. Allow the machine to rest for 20
minutes after 1 hour of continuous operation.

An equipotential bonding terminal is provided to allow
cross bonding with other equipment.

Intended use
• The appliance is designed only for making candy floss only.
Any other use may lead to damage of the appliance or per-
sonal injury.
• Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be
deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable

Grounding installation
This appliance is classified as

and must be
connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk
of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric
current.
This appliance is fitted with a power cord with grounding plug
or electrical connections with grounding wire. The connections
must be properly installed and grounded.

Preparation before use
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged and with
all accessories. In case of incomplete delivery and damages.
Please contact supplier immediately. Do not use the appli-
ance.
• Clean the appliance before use (See == > Cleaning & Main-
tenance).
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant
surface that is safe against water splashes.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in
the future.
• Ensure there is enough clearance around the appliance.
Place the appliance in a well-ventilated area.
